Genetically Modified Foods:
Yet another glowing report on the use of genetically modified foods. It would appear according to U.S. studies that GM foods use ever more herbicide and pesticide than normal. Combine this with comments by the likes of David Suzuki, that there use is premature and the end result cannot be predicted for 50 years, leads me to believe that they should be completely banned. Considering our record on the environment one might imagine governments world wide would be very reluctant to allow their use.
I for one don't feel comfortable with the thought of feeding this to my children. I would strongly suggest anyone reading this think twice as well, and keep it in mind the next time elections come up.
