U.S. Military Sure to Capture Bin Laden Within Year:
U.S. spokesman states that they are sure to capture Bin Laden within the year. He also states that they will launch a new campaign in the spring along the Pakistani border. This will extend into Pakistan if necessary. One problem, Pakistani officials say this would violate their rules should the U.S. conduct operations within their country. I doubt this will slow the Americans down much as they have generally shown very little regard for the wishes or opinions of anybody else. Another empty campaign promise perhaps? Lets hope so. The situation over there seems to be getting more complicated by the second. Anyway you cut it, this one should prove very interesting. Come on American elections, Bush really needs to go before he starts a world war. While I don't think George senior was particularly stupid, it isn't the first time I've heard of intelligence skipping a generation.
