U.S. Admits Torture
They're admitting it, but saying it was the misconduct of a few bad guys in an otherwise reputable operation. Frankly speaking, that's bull! Once a certain type of problem becomes systemic, one can only conclude that it is with the blessings of the leaders, regardless of the number of denials from the White House.
