Sitting On the Edge

Now Houston is being evacuated. The rest of the southern U.S. is bracing for what is now being called the strongest storm in U.S. history. Rita is now a category five storm and seems to be headed for Texas. The feds appear to have learned a little and are sending a massive amount of emergency supplies. The obvious questions are now being asked by the rest of the country. Why does everyone have top pay to re-build over and over again in flood and hurricane prone areas through the federal flood insurance program. In any case, it looks like someone down south is about to get pounded the likes of which has never been recorded before.
