It's About Time
California has finally moved to penalize reporters who far exceed the bounds of decency and ethics by harassing celebrities ad infinitum. This is long overdue. It's one thing to investigate a story and another to effectively create the story through the danger and extremes that result from their actions. If anything this law does not go anywhere near far enough.
